My name is Roberta Hughes and I've started my own business (more details on that in upcoming posts!).
The "Health and Wellness Industry" is growing worldwide, and I want to be a part of that growth. I need to become more healthy - any doctor would call me "morbidly obese" - and I desperately need to lose weight if I want to see my fiftieth birthday. I also want to help other people feel better and maybe even help them build their own business - to do whatever I can to help them have A Better Life.
So this this blog is the story of my own road to A Better Life, because I deserve it just as much as anyone else.
